Terms & Conditions
The terms on which this website is provided and services are supplied.
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of abdullahbangash.com and to services supplied by Abdullah Bangash, trading as AB Business Solutions. Where a separate written proposal, quotation or engagement letter is agreed for a specific project, that document takes precedence over these terms for that project.
Services
Services offered include website design and development, website maintenance, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and Excise Tax registration and filing assistance, company formation and business setup assistance, corporate registration support, business account opening assistance, and invoicing and e-invoicing setup.
Tax, formation, registration and banking services are provided as preparation, assistance, coordination, support and consultation. Submissions are made in your company’s name and your company remains responsible for its own compliance.
Quotations and pricing
Website package prices shown on this site are indicative starting points in UAE Dirhams and are not binding quotations. The price for your project is the figure stated in your written proposal. Taxation and company formation work is priced individually according to requirements and scope.
Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, software licences, government fees, Free Zone charges and attestation are payable by you at cost and are quoted separately.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and the schedule for the balance, are set out in your proposal. Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content and documents in reasonable time, and to hold the rights to any text, images, logos or other material you supply. Delays in providing materials or feedback move agreed dates accordingly.
For tax and formation work, you agree that the information and records you provide are complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Revisions and scope
Each proposal states the number of revision rounds included. Work falling outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is started, never added silently to an invoice.
Ownership and handover
On final payment, ownership of the completed website deliverables passes to you. Your domain, hosting account and site administrator access are registered in your name or your company’s name. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
Confidentiality
Business information shared in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except where necessary to deliver the service or where required by law.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, or for outcomes decided by third parties such as authorities, Free Zone bodies or banks.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed and third-party costs already incurred up to that point remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
